none carb or sugar snacks?

ok sooo... im so picky with foods and usually as long as i plan ahead im ok, so im hoping to stay away from all sugar and white bread/pasta for two weeks due to health reasons. any suggestions would be great :) i need something when im travelling or out with my son? i dont want to get weak while out i usually have bananas but they are high in natural sugars.

    Nuts are my go-to for car snacks. Or if I can plan ahead, just eating more before I go so I don't need a snack while out. Jerky can also work. If you can pack a cooler your options expand greatly (hard-boiled eggs, meats, low-carb veggies, etc).

    Nuts/seeds are easy to carry around and low in net carbs.
