5 months in. Down 25lbs

So about 5 months into this whole changing of lifestyle and eating habits. I posted a post in the beginning of this journey explaining my start and why i got into this. Been on myfitnesspal for about 4 months now, logging completely every single day. I do about 10 minutes of uphill cardio each day before weightlifting and lift 4-5 times a week.

When i started i was roughly 190 lbs and id estimate in the 25% body fat caliber.
Now im at 165 lbs with around 13% body fat. Still looking to get to around 160lbs before i maintain as I want to prepare myself for that 5lb cushion of the glycogen gettin refilled. I work on a 40p/35c/25f macro breakdown. Far left is me at my fattest peak and from top left to bottom right is me today (bottom right). My diary is open to the public
