Going to be pretty blunt here- I've been pushing myself pretty hard with my cardio this week and last week and the past couple of days I have had some abdominal pain in a very pinpointed area (just inward of my pelvic bone), and this increases when I run. It's kind of like a runner's cramp, but it continues (though not as extreme) after the workout is over. It also gets bad after I eat, even if I haven't eaten much.
Could running harder and more than I'm used to have given me a hernia? Has anyone else had this problem?

I've been running most of my adult life and I've never had a hernia. I've never had the kind of pain you describe either.
Sometimes people get side stitches with running, but this is not what your description sounds like.
The fact that it continues after you run as well as gets worse with eating is a big red flag. Get to your doctor, please.0
