Is this a groin injury?

This is kind of embarrassing, but I was doing the Jillian Micheals' shred level 2, and at one point where you have to jump in the air and twist (forget what it is called), I felt a sharp pain in my pelvis/side of my crotch. It doesn't hurt too much in my day, but when I try and workout with any jumping or big movements it is too painful to continue.
If it is a groin injury, what do I do about it?
