Hi everyone jut thought that I would say hi. My name's Mary, I'm a 22 year old mommy to my 4 month old son. I joined a gym about three weeks ago, deciding that it was time to lose the baby weight (and the extra I gained after having the baby...). I'm about 4'11 and currently 152lbs, my goal is to lose at least 30lbs and just get more fit. And I've had too many people many ask if I am still pregnant
I'm just looking for some friends to chat to and maybe some advise when needed since I'm pretty new to all this.
