                    The left photo was taken the week I joined the gym.... I had already been tracking my food through MFP for 4 months and lost 36lbs just through that. The right photo is 10 months into my gym membership, working out 5+ times a week. I have lost another 14lbs since joining the gym, but its done much more for me than just more weightloss.
