I drank half a 16oz coke yesterday. That may not sound like much but I used to drink at least 3 16oz cokes a day. Yesterday was the first time I've had any coke in at least a month.

Large thick crust pizza. By myself. 5 toppings.
WORST DAY EVER. I paid for it. My stomach wanted to kill me.

Never again. The beginning of this year was awful lol.

I have never had something that can clinically be described as a binge. But when I was on my heaviest I would eat an entire pizza by myself or an entire tub of ice cream.
  • I had binged on some homemade truffles and bon bons that a friend made for Christmas one year. I had scaled back heavily on sugar (eating mostly natural sugars), so when binged on the refined sugars, it made me have a sugar high and I felt like crap afterwards. It was awful.

My worst and only cheat day was to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday at her cottage. I had a frosted cinnamon roll for breakfast, souvlaki and samosas from the Fredericton Farmer's Market for lunch, Kurt's sausages and hamburgers for supper, along with 7 or 8 beers and birthday cake with boiled icing. I guesstimated the calories at between 4500-5000. It was also sort of a celebration for me where I hadn't gone over in 10 months and I just decided to "take the day off". I felt like I had eaten a horse afterwards but thoroughly enjoyed every single bite! :-)
