I am trying to lose weight i can not do any exersize as I am disabled and talking to someone eles who is trying to do the same help

Good Morning, I do exercise but I can recommend a plan for you that doesn't require exercise. It's called the 5:2 plan.

I'm sorry to hear that, I have a sibling that is disabled, amd let me tell you it may be harder but not impossible
You just have to watch the calorie goal. Lets say its a limit of 1900 (rough estimate)
I'd stick to hearty, whole foods for breakfast.
Throw out the sodas, high fructose corn syrup juices/drinks and high fats and sugared foods to start. It will be hard, but you have what it takes to succeed!
I laterally seen transformation without someone doing weights or exercises at all. It is possible to slim down with diet alone, just will take longer0
