Help me with my activity level...

I am not sure if I fall in the moderate or high level.

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri, I do a 10 minute warm up on the elliptical, then @ 1.5 hours of lifting (heavy upper/lower split), with 20 minutes of elliptical or bike after (sometimes HIIT, some times just steady state. Wed/Sat I do 1 hour on the elliptical. Monday to Friday I also go out for a 10 km (1.5 hour brisk walk).

SO..opinions?? :D

Your activity level on MFP has nothing to do with how much exercise you do day to day. It's how much activity you do during day to day activities, like your job. If you sit on your butt all day doing a desk job, you would be sedentary; walking and standing like a waitress or retail, you'd be lightly active; something like a construction worker or roofer would be very active.

For all of your exercise, use a heart rate monitor to track those calories and add those to your daily allowance.

It's just an estimate, pick one and try it. If you're worried about gaining weight, start off with the lower one.

I know all this, and do use a HRM. I guess I should have been more clear. I want to make sure I am eating enough using the TDEE - 15% approach . :)

TDEE I would use Active :) I think mine is moderate right now with 3x week heavy lifting (at least it is what I use and I am sticking to it LOL)

    This.

This. And use the scooby calculator to calculate number of calories to eat daily. Manually enter calorie goal into MFP.
