Hey guys and girls, my name is Gabby and I started using Myfitnesspal on Thursday. I'm really enjoying it so far. I had burger king for lunch so that took quite a few calories away but I still have some left. It is good knowing I can have Burger King, but still be able to have calories leftover. I can eat quite a lot in the day and it's brilliant. I have been doing Slimming World, which is similar to Weightwatchers except you have syns instead of propoints to use on junk, and the rest is healthy eating. I find it hard though because although I eat healthy and exercise on slimming world, my body doesn't respond well to weightloss with it. With Myfitnesspal it doesn't seem like I can go wrong. I'm going to weigh in on my scales on next Thursday and hope for a loss. I haven't been eating really healthy, I've still been eating fruit, I had a healthy wholemeal chicken and salad wrap yesterday and eating low calorie crisps and things like that, but still staying within the calorie limit, can I do this as I'm not going over my calorie limit. Sorry for the long post. Anyway I look forward to hearing from you all x
