Any Chalean Extreme HONEST review/results pictures?

I am looking into doing the program in January. Does it have many jumps? And can you post pics please? I wanna make the right decision. I am aiming to lose excess flabs especially in the tummy area. my BMI is 20.2 for now but around 22-25% body fat -_-

I just finished 90 days of Chalean Extreme last week. I didn't really diet though. I'm sure my results would have been much more impressive if I had. You can see my pictures here:

I definitely recommend the program! I'm still incorporating the lifting routines 3xweek while doing T25.

    Edit to answer your questions:

The program has three heavier weight lifting days per week. First two months the routines run about 30 mins and about 45 mins in the last month. Lifting days are supplemented by two cardio days (one incorporates light weights throughout; the other doesn’t). There’s also an ab routine that is doubled up on one of the cardio days and a yoga/stretch routine that is doubled up on the other cardio day. You only workout 5 days per week. There is a little bit of jumping in some of the cardio routines, but not much and there is always a modifier. I almost never jumped.

    The schedule looks like this:
    Monday: Weights
    Tuesday: Off
    Wednesday: Weights
Thursday: Cardio w/light weights and ab routine
    Friday: Weights
    Saturday: Cardio and stretch/yoga
    Sunday: Off

You can use bands with the routine. I invested in adjustable dumbells. I'm very happy that I did. I began the program using 5-8 lbs weights and finished with 15-30 lbs weights. You have to really challenge yourself. Good luck!

Hi ladies! I am just seeing this post and wanted to get a little feedback. I just started the Chalean workout Monday and decided to pair it with Insanity. I am only on the Burn phase and I like it because it forces me to lift weight (which I hate) and focus on form. I dont really think I will change my diet too much but wanted to know your thoughts overall? I dont have select-tech weights but I do have something similar that go up to 25lbs each.

Also what do you think about the thigh band? personally I am so awkward using it :)
