i've read so much about not eating below my BMR etc. ive calculated mine and its around 1400. MFP tells me that i need to be consuming 1200 (net) calories though. is it dangerous to eat this much on days where i dont exercise? and should i be eating 1400 net calories on the days that i do exercise? ): sorry! im new to all of this.

If your BMR is 1400 calories and you're pretty sedentary, then 1200 isn't bad. You need a deficit to lose weight. Now if your daily activity brings your TDEE to say 2000 calories, then 1200 would probably be too low (an 800 calorie deficit).
