Now I want fries. I'll pass on the faux meat, but their fries are like crack!0

I would eat a big mac and fries every day of the week if I could. I don't really care what the food looks like if it tastes good! haha. Lets admit if it were healthy we would all be eating Mcdonalds I know hotdogs are a bunch of gross organs mixed together and I still would eat them if they didnt have a lot of calories0

Do a search on the forums for McDouble Down. It's not fast food that makes you fat. But in all honesty, that McRib looks hard to stomach.0

Yeah, but McRibs would still be gross..0

Lets say I had a deluxe quarter pound no cheese, no mayo (this is how I order burgers), med fries AND a Mc Rib.
Calories: 1530
Carbs: 134g
Fiber: 11g
Fat: 63g
Protein: 53g
I could totally fit that in and not be over my TDEE (2500) and eating over you TDEE is what makes you fat.
I'd expected 80+ grams of protein from ~ 1500 cals.
Hey McD were'd the protein go? Removed during processing?
They are both just fatty cuts of meat. Fat takes up the volume protein would. You'd get better macros if you had grilled chicken sandwich but that wouldn't prove my point. Also, fries. I'd have 1000 calories left. I could easily fill my protein requirement (125g) for the day.0 -
I dont like McRibs. I like chicken nuggets0

Man I wish they'd do those specials with something I actually like.
Like McNuggets.0 -

Yep, tasty!
Ever looked at any food you cooked under a high-powered microscope? Everything looks gross at that magnification. Ask a real scientist and not Mike Adams ffs.0 -
Note to self: Ask Santa for a high powered microscope!0

Hmm, so what you're saying is I can eat as many calories of fat a day as long as I am under my TDEE? So Crisco all day long wont make me fat as long as I am under TDEE?
Not sure I agree with the math here... there is more to it than just TDEE.
Do you think I would gain fat if I ate only 3000 calories of veggies a day?0 -
No wonder people are fat.0
-
If you think the McRib looks gross, eat a healthy alternative instead.
