"No Soda" motivation

Hey yos! Just wanted to share this experience... I'm trying intermittent fasting. Today, I was shooting for 16 hours, but quit at 14 due to hunger - and I could swear I was doing fine, not really all that hungry, until I had a diet soda that seemed to trigger the hunger. :) Welp, there's some good motivation to drop the soda...!

    I found switching to water or tea instead of soda to greatly decrease hunger pangs. I rarely even drink seltzer anymore. Try it for a week or two and see how you feel.
