Hi all,
Restarting MFP, I'm a 5'9" 197lbs mama of 3. My goal is to get to the top of my healthy BMI which is 169.
I've struggled with losing weight for 7 years. I'm done making excuses and starting and stopping. I'm not gonna stop until I reach my goal. I will hit some bumps in the road, but I won't get off the road. Just gonna pick myself up and keep trotting along.
I run, use the elliptical and weight machines. Sometimes I'll take a fitness class for a challenge.
I set my goal for 1.5lbs/week loss.
