I have a polar ft4 which I started using when I walk on my treadmill. My impression the calorie in the polar came out as 310 while on the treadmill it was 266. I always thought that treadmill come out higher than HRM"s . Which should I count the treadmill or the polar? Any suggestions please?

The HRM will always be the most accurate.

    Thanks!!
  • Always trust your HRM over the machine. I have been on my fair share of treadmills and have found that it really varies depending upon the treadmill. Sometimes my HRM shows much less than the treadmill shows and other times my HRM shows much more than the treadmill shows. Even if you input your weight before you begin, the numbers retrieved are not accurate. Trust your HRM, not your machine.
