There are so many "how to survive the holiday" threads. For those who like to actually eat, drink and savor the full fat versions of food, what are you most looking forward to? I am excited about the Ciabatta stuffing with Pancetta. (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/ciabatta-stuffing-with-chestnuts-and-pancetta-recipe/index.html) I think I will cut the chestnuts, because I don't know that everyone likes them.

And then of course wine - great wine makes everything wonderful. What else? Still working on our menu and want to see what others have that I might want to steal.
