Fitness Model 1 yr. Goal

My goal is a bit ambitious, but I like to set the bar high to give myself something to look forward to. I'm 27yrs. old, 5'4", 123.5lbs. I'd like to get my BodyFat % down and get REALLY toned (i.e. Fitness Model). I'm looking for support from folks on a similar training regime who can help with info, challenges, goal setting, and nutrition. There's so much information out there that sometimes I feel like I'm shooting in the dark and over-thinking the whole process, but I'm determined to stick it out!
