Trainers for the gym..

Probably the wrong forum, I'm sorry! I just bought Nike Air Max, are they alright to wear to the gym? For days I do hiit on the rowing machine/cross trainer and weights.. No running or classes or anything like that.
I do have proper running/gym trainers (Nike Pegasus' and Frees) just really fancied some Air Max!

Wear what you like, really. If you're doing heavy barbell work for weights, shoes with lots of support can blow your form - but even then you can just take them off and lift in socks.0

Ok thanks! Yeah I've heard that squatting etc is best in bare feet! Not tried it though.0
