Suggestions on Increasing Protein?

Hey guys, I live a Paleo lifestyle, and I love it so far. I've been finding it really easy to get a good dose of healthy fats, and keep my carb intake lower and all-natural, but I seem to run into a problem where I'm consistently low on my protein intake. I get about 75-100 g of protein a day, so not terrible, but I would like to increase. I eat plenty of lean meats, eggs, etc., so it's not like I'm living off veggies, but I also don't want to have to eat meat all day long to reach my goal. My problem is finding a good protein source that is lower-carb (some protein powders have 25-30 g of carbs a scoop, and that would definitely not fit into most of my days, haha) as well as not super high on calories.
If anyone has a suggestion, whether they eat Paleo or not, I'd be grateful. Obviously, I would prefer a protein source that is Paleo-friendly as well (no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, etc.). Didn't know if anyone here would have some good suggestions for me thanks!

Since cheese is in your diary I'm assuming you're ok with eating dairy (I don't do paleo and don't know the rules). Try plain greek yogurt. Fage Total - Total 2% Plain Greek Yogurt is the best I've found as far as highest in protein and lowest in sugar. It has 20 grams of protein so one in the morning and one for a snack and you're up 40 grams.0

Unfortunately Protein Powder is NOT Paleo, neither is cheese. Precisely the reason I am no longer eating Paleo.0

Sardines: 17g of protein 2g of carbs and 8g of fat per can. At 88 cents per can its a very cheap protein. Of course if you don't do them canned I'm sure you can get them fresh at a decent farmers market.0

I second sardines! delicious with hot peppers. also good for the world... low on the food chain, less contaminated, less damaging harvesting (unlike tuna!).0

never tried sardines, but I'll try anything once :P yeah, as far as dairy is concerned I'm more Primal than Paleo, so yogurt might work as well. Thanks guys!0
