    I have logged in for a week straight & will keep doing so (after my week's Honeymoon to Maui)!!! I agree that it is kind of addicting... I have never honestly lost 1 lb in less than 1 week's time before. I plan on continuing with the site even after my goal weight is met, just to stay healthy!
