Is anyone else really excited to weigh themselves after a movement?! I feel like it's a really nice motivator to hop off the throne and onto the scale and see that quick weight loss.

    Yeah man sometimes I eat Taco Bell with a side of lentils just to see the movement on the scale!

    I couldn't stand to wait so I had my toilet seat rigged with a scale. That way I don't even have to get up.
