    I now weight about 230. When I started out, I was 262. I'm 45 and want to be the fit and healthy person that I've always admired. I still have about 80lbs to go.

What a great way to celebrate the loss of my first two pound...a success story about two remarkable people who have no idea, I'm sure ..of what an amazing inspiration they are.
