Back after layoff

Hi my name is Brian.....43 yr old that's very athletic I just like to eat and need to drop about 50 lbs. I started my journey about 30 days ago and I'm down 12 lbs or so ....so I'm headed in the right direction. I feel good about my diet plan although I'd like to get more protein in when I can. 6'1 244lbs. Work out hard with weights 3x a week and play very competitive racquetball two other days a week. Eat very clean during the day but always get very hungry at night and I'm a big time night owl!
