Eating back exorcise calories

Hi all,
I had been eating back most of the calories I've been burning at the gym (using a heart rate monitor).
This last week and a bit I have been moving house, so haven't managed to get to the gym, and had take aways three nights in a row due to nowhere to cook and cooking equipment all packed.
Last weeks weigh in (on Saturday, after two day of take aways, and a couple of gym sessions) I had lost only 100g. Considering the take aways I was happy to have lost anything.
This week I've had one take away, and not been to the gym at all. I lost 1.2kg this week which is more than I would normally lose sticking to my net calories (eating back my exorcise calories) for a full week. About double what I would normally lose in a week.
So basically, why? In theory I should be losing more weight when my net calories are less for the week. Maybe I should be eating all of my exorcise calories back?

Weight loss is just weird. I know when I have my period I do not lose any weight that week. I guess there could be lots of factors. Maybe since you mixed up your calorie intake it had a positive effect0

Moving can be very stressful which leads to significant elevations in cortisol. This results in excessive water retention which may mask fat (weight) loss. Once the stress is relieved, people experience a larger than expected loss as water levels return to normal.0

Well, I guess the exorcism was delayed and when you exorcised your calories they were not immediately banished...0

Thanks very much everyone.0
