NSV: New PB at Parkrun

Park Run #25 today for me and I finally dragged my carcass round the course in less than 30 minutes.
First Park run was back in March and it took me 39:37.
Today I got round in 29:48. Nearly 10 minutes faster.
Next target is to get into the top 50% for my age group. (currently at 49.47%)
28 something before Christmas?? Going to try for it.
Wanders off to do happy dance.
