So I was finishing up my run this morning, getting to the end, about the time where the "I can't wait to get home, I want this to be done, what am I doing this for?" thoughts start swirling. The garbage man starts driving down the road, pulls past my a few feet, then stops, & honks his horn a few times. I pull my headphone out & he says: "I've seen you running for a while now and you have lost some serious weight! How much have you lost?" I told him about 30 lbs, and he then said "Well you are looking good! Keep it up!"

Totally made the rest of my run!!! I must be doing something right when the garbage man notices!! :laugh:
