Really starting to like the gym!!!!

So I joined a gym a couple of weeks ago. I'm really starting to get it to hitting the weights. Got there about 7:30am today, shot some hoops for about 30 minutes to warm up. Followed that up with a 2 mile run, then worked on arms and chest for 2 1/2hrs, and ended with another 30 minutes of full court basketball game. Felt extremely good when I was done today!!!!
