Not New to MFP, but Back on Track.

Hiya all. As my title says I am not a newbie to MFP; however, I am back and putting my kick into this weight of mine again.

Would be lovely to make some new friends, get a little extra support, and also see others succeed on their own journey.

Just a little about my weight at the moment...

I fortunately am NOT at my heaviest weight I have been, but all the same I am still VERY heavy and obese at the moment.

My back on track starting date was:

22 October 2013

Weighing in at:

157kg

Since then, in the month I have been back on track, I have have lost roughly 7kg's, and I most certainly look forward to the loss number increasing and the weight number decreasing.

Look forward to taking this journey with any and all supportive people walking the same kind of path I am.

    Hi Rebecca. I'm in the same boat. A couple years ago I lost 32 pounds, then over the past year I gained 15 back. I just got back on track last month, and I'm now down 6 pounds and feeling better about myself once again. Feel free to add me - looking forward to continuing our successful journey together!
