Last year when I went for a physical my doctor was upset that my BMI is a 26. He sent me with a stack of paper work that was suppose to help me lose weight, and had me book a follow up appointment. Well next month I have my appointment, and if anything I have gained weight within the year. This past year there have been weeks when I am in a good routine, and I am working out and eating right. I just never manage to stay consistent. Two weeks ago I established a workout buddy at my gym. It has been extremely motivating having someone to hold me accountable. Now I just need to get the healthy eating down, so I figured I should start logging again. Anyone who would like some help or could offer me help feel free to friend me
