Did you notice any benefits after taking it? Does cod liver L help with fat loss? Or does it make you gain weight?
Should I log the calories in cod liver oil too?

Well, it has some vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids so, that's good.
I stopped taking fish oil supplements after deciding that some researchers made sense that it only helps if you are replacing other fats in your diet with omega 3s. For example, eating salmon instead of beef or something.
Yes, log the calories. It's fat.
As far as helping with weight loss, how would it do that? It doesn't.0 -

Yup daily from Möller! It is not only omega 3, but also vitamin D, E and A. For us here in the Arctics where the sun doesn't come up in the winter quite important.0

I take it on and off, haven't noticed any differnence either way but perhaps it's because i'm not very consistant. I dont eat alot of fish with my diet so i try to get it when i can. It's also good for your skin and helps to lower cholesterol.0
