With plenty of protein in my holiday meal plan (ham, turkey, etc) it seems like the ideal time to step up my strength training efforts.

I started by bulk at the beginning of November and plan to continue until the end of the year.

My goal is to gain about 1 kilogram (2.20462 pounds) between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Who else wants to join me for a holiday bulking cycle?
