Extra 90 before Thanksgiving Challenge!

In past years, leading up to Thanksgiving, I have either found myself binging all week long, or starving myself in preparation. Now that I have developed a slightly healthier attitude and started working on my fitness, I am giving myself one goal in preparation- continuing my current healthy eating habits, and adding in 90mins of extra exercise between today and Thanksgiving. That way, I can feel good about enjoying my meal. Will those extra 90 minutes counteract ALL of the extra calories I've allotted myself for that dinner? No, but it will give me a headstart in a way I can feel good about.

It can be anything from walking, extra workouts, yoga, going dancing- just an extra 90 minutes in the next 4 days of moving around!
