Hi!
I was wondering if anyone here wanted a challenge?
I really want to loose 30 pounds by April, but since I am a football player, I want to lose fat, not muscles. I saw that someone recommended weight training, but I don't know what's best. I am not very good at putting together a proper work out program, so I was wondering if someone here was up for that challenge? I am joining a gym, and can go there almost every day after school.
