I am now back for good

Great job so far. What is your strength training plan?0 -
I strength train 3 days a week. Mondays chest, back and shoulders. Wednesday leg day. I do core on Fridays. And Saturday I do functional strength training, to get all the muscle groups working together
and cardio in between
