Fitbit One vs Flex?

Hi all,
I'm considering purchasing a Fitbit in the very near future, and am a little torn between the Force and the One. Can someone tell me the main difference in functionality, besides the fact that the Force is a wristband? I am a small-boned female and am a little turned off by the bulk and conspicuousness of the Force, and would prefer the clip-able One if there's no big sacrifice in the quality/types of data that each provides. I know the Flex is smaller, but I want the elevation-tracking feature that the Force and One provide.
Also, has anyone who has used either the Force or the Flex had a problem with it tracking "false steps" due to arm movements while you're seated or otherwise stationary?

I only kept my Flex a day and didn't notice false tracking. It seemed to match my other Fitbit in steps count, though it was stingier with 'very active minutes', which I couldn't care less about. I didn't like how bulky it was, so the Force is for sure not an option for me. The difference between the Force and the One, that I know of, is the Force is worn on the wrist and it has the time.
The One is better for me because I like to wear the Fitbit on my bra or waistband where people can't see it. The wristband models are popular because people often lose or wash the One style. I've had mine for 4 years so that's not an issue for me. Though I've probably only worn it maybe 18 months.0 -
I just realized that I typo'd, should have named this thread "FitbitOne vs Force"--not a good idea to post to forums before morning coffee. But anyhow, your perspective was very helpful, WalkingAlong, thanks.0
