I looked and I think if you're trying to bulk 1,400 calories is too few. Don't you have to eat at a surplus to bulk?0

In my non-professional opinion it looks like a good day, especially in terms of protein.0

Yup I know I will need more cals, just was wondering about the content really.0

Does it meet your macro goals?
If so, then you are good.0 -
I personally would add in more green veggies....
like spinach, broccoli, asparagus, etc.....
But that is me.0 -
Missing quite a bit of info really!
How much do you weigh?
Do you know your body fat percentage?
What are your macro percentages set to? (Working from percentage or a target number of grams?)
Have you been eating to this target for a while?
What have been your weight loss/gain results over the last month?
Is this a TDEE calorie goal or do you eat back exercise calories?
Certainly accurate in hitting your macros, personally wouldn't bother tracking sugar (unless you have a medical condition).
You can't really judge a person's diet from one (healthy) day otherwise you could say where's the oily fish for example.
Overall 1400 seems very low for maintenance unless you are tiny.
The obvious thing missing is any exercise.0 -
Hah yeah sorry
I'm 5 2, weigh about 109lbs at the mo. Didn't really bother about the macro thing, just as long as I have enough protein. I have IBS and acid problem so veggies can b a problem most times.
I haven't tracked my cals for ages, haven't had a plan, but need one as I'm all over the place. I just seem to eat when hungry!
I do exercise, just don't track it on here. I spin 3 x week at 45 mins, and lift 4 x week. Am 39 by the way0 -

That's a tough weekly routine (:flowerforyou: ) - worth doing some estimates of your weekly burns and then I think you will see that trying to maintain on 1400 is going to be highly unlikely!0 -
Well I have been working out for years, so I need to train more intense to get results. But love it when I'm consistent. That's what I'm trying to do now for once in my life hah
Just always have trouble sticking to something and getting anywhere decemt0 -
As a few people have already suggested, more veggies could be a bonus, but I think with the fiber you get from the fruit and veg you had today you're doing good.
Everything looks good and healthy to me. (I would have said clean too but people in these forums seem to bash that term quite harshly, they probably will anyway by saying "good and healthy".)0
