The difference 5 lbs can make

Hi all! I have lost a total of 70 pounds so far. However, this past 5 months I have only lost 5 measly pounds. I was feeling discouraged by the lack of movement on the scale, so I took some pictures and compared them to the ones I took back in June. The difference isn't monumental, but I can definitely see subtle changes that motivate me! (Sorry about the butt cheek overload, why did I do my first set in a thong?) :P

I can't get it small enough to fit in an img for some reason

Awesome progress demonstration. What I find is that if women preserve their muscle mass by lifting heavy, a modest 5 lb reduction in fat mass leads to a substantial visual and firmness difference.

This is all yoga and running, no heavy lifting involved.

Hey hottie! You look amazing ;D
I feel like the biggest difference is in your thighs.

I'm at 135 right now and this is a great motivation for me. ^__^
I haven't been taking progress pics for no reason really, but now I really want to so that someday I can share my results like this~
