Hey Everyone,
I just went and bought myself a juicer, I was searching around on here trying to figure out how to log this on my daily food logs, do you log it as a whole food or is there somewhere that has it juiced
thanks

Some juices are already on here. Some juices have to be logged by the individual juices in them. (like carrot juice in one entry, and beet juice in another, instead of looking for a carrot/beet juice, for example.) I know i have logged "Mean Green" before.0

The only thing you lose by juicing is the fiber so log the whole fruits.0
