Changing It Up!

Recently I've felt deprived of energy, motivation, and any sort of will to keep on my diet. Ate rather poorly this week and last, and even today, so I sat down with my fiance and spoke to him a bit. MFPers have agreed that I need more calories and more exercise, and I'm starting to feel less than excited to see the fruits and vegetables in my fridge and more excited to walk downstairs and get free food, already cooked, from my mother.
We also live in town, and commonly started running errands for the madre. This easily leads to unhealthy snack buying (It's only $0.50!) and fast food. ($5 large pizza! Hell yeah!) Sooooo...I decided it was time for a change.
I have already successfully lost weight, and I do not think a lb. per week goal is healthy anymore now that I'm in a healthy BMI range. I've dropped it to only .5 a lb a week, but I've upped my exercises. What's next? Motivation? Energy? You got it!
I'm honestly easy to please, so feel free to chuckle when you hear what my fiance came up with. He is going to check my exercise logs on the Wii U to make sure I'm exercising, and every day that I exercise I get a treat worth up to $1! This could be an organic chocolate square, peppermint patty, or even fruit leather!! <333 If I manage to keep it up for a week, I get an instant $5 towards Riot Points! (If you don't know what those are, it's pretty much like Facebook Credits for a PC game.)
Here's the kicker - if I keep up the exercise routine for a whole month, I get a $50 shopping spree at any of my favorite clothing stores!! (Goodwill, here I come!!!) His reasoning - "If you're keeping up with your exercise, you're bound to lose weight, and if you lose weight you'll need new clothes.
"
When you break your plateau you THINK you'd feel better, but then I started worrying that it was just a fluke and that my plateau would come back again with a vengeance. Worry not! Create yourself a rewards system, employ the help of your favorite people in the whole wide world, and get back on track!! I'll update this thread in a month with my reports and tell you if I've lost/gained weight and how many goodies I earned. Happy holidays!!

Personal note: I happened to fit into a medium sized legging for the Christmas party! Been eating terribly but watching the portions. Haven't been active on MFP, but I've been working out every day like I'm supposed to.0
