Thought I would share this. I just watched the film Processed People. Very basic, but VERY good information. This will be one that I buy for people as gifts. If you truely care about your health, then you need to watch this!!! Here's the site you can order it from. It was $25 well spent.

    yes...I have that one too. It's currently loaned out to my friend! LOL I'm still a huge fan of Super Size Me. His follow up book "Don't Eat This Book" is also really good.
