Has anyone made a successful Gf Biscotti?.. and what did you use?
I've recently read Quinoa,or Chestnut flour... Neither which I've on hand..

    Thank you,I have,but there are so many variations,...I was curious if anyone on here had a tried and true one that works.
    Its Lo cal,not sweet,and lasts..

    My friend makes hers with Gluuteny flour..come out perfect
