Calories and Exercising

So, I've lost almost 50lbs. I started off 186 last year and am now at 141. The MFP app says that if I want to reach my goal to eat 1200 calories a day. Is that considering what calories I burn during exercise? For the past few days, I've been so tired. I've had the willpower to work out and want to, but my legs are just so fatigued I can't do anything. I'm not over doing it, I rarely do strength (starting that soonish...) and I do cardio for 30-45 a day. Could it be that I'm staying in the 1200cal range while burning 500 during a workout? So confused. Want to break this plateau...

You're supposed to add exercise calories.0

From what I have seen and been told the 1200 calories they give you does not include exercise so if you burn 500 calories you can eat those calories back. So that would give you 1700 ti eat.0

I always eat back half my exercise calories so I don't get hungry. If 1200 is to lose weight the you could eat all your exercise cals back if you wanted but by eating some of them you should have enough energy to function...
Good luck0 -
Reset your budget to no more than 1 lb per week and eat back 1/2 your exercise calories.0

Thanks Everyone! I hope that not only will this help me recover from this fatigue, but also will give me some energy.
I just hope this works and doesn't throw my weight loss for a loop. :P0
