Thank you for all the compliments and encouragement. Made me feel quite good inside.
My diet was similar to Atkins but a bit more strict. I was monitored by my doctors during the whole process. Blood work, check ups, and support meetings. It is the PSMF diet. I am now in the refeeding stage and still losing. So who knows. I hope I reach my goal soon!0 -
