The problem I have with convenient healthy snacks is I eat the whole thing at once. Sounds silly, but there's some mental thing about "it's ok, this is healthy," and the next thing I know it's gone!! This is why I haven't tried Nature box even though I've seen it on a lot of friends pages. I am intrigued though, so please let me know how you like it!
The other problem I have is that I'm not such a big snacker anymore but the snack mood, when it DOES hit, comes so strong that I eat a ton. When I'm smart enough to keep baby carrots, grape tomatoes, celery stalks and (my current fave) raw green beans in the fridge (washed and ready to eat) it really helps because if I eat the whole pint (or two) of green beans or tomatoes I haven't hurt my body. And plus you get full.0
