Letting go of the number to become a stronger leaner you

Really trying to let go of the magic number I have dangling in my head .... You know that silly 3 digit number that you think will represent the perfect you. That number you think represents reaching your goal. Trying to shift to the stronger, leaner more muscley me. But having that number just seems to represent that ultimate success. So, I do really want to let it go and just become toned, but am I the only one who struggles to let the number go and just let myself become toned and defined? Really interested in feedback from those of you who let the number go. Thanks.

Being fat or lean has nothing to do with your weight, it is your bodyfat percentage that will determine if you are fat or lean.

I don't give a rats *kitten* about some stupid, arbitrary scale value. I'm 5-6 Lbs heavier now than I was when I hit my original goal weight...I'm also leaner and way stronger and it looks pretty good too....

^^^@ 183...3 Lbs from my initial goal back in March.

    ^^^Today @ 186 Lbs.

Tell me again why I should worry about the number on the scale vs how I actually look and stuff....
