Hellloooo!!

Soooo... today I discovered this website!! I guess it never occurred to me that it existed. I have been using the app for a while now... And I love it! However... Being that all my friends are either in great shape or pregnant... I am looking for some! Maybe some people who will help motivate me as I will them. :happy: I am 29 from Missouri. I still have some weight to lose... And I plan on starting the Insanity workout tomorrow... If anyone has any tips on doing it that would be great! :bigsmile:

  • Definitely something good to use. I just started getting back in the game hitting it hard with this site and ive lost eight pounds so far with the help of some other tools. So stick to it and put a goal on a string in front to push you.

    Tips:

    Don't quit. (Sounds obvious, but well...)

    Forgive yourself for failures and just get back to the plan. Don't think you can "make up" for mistakes. It doesn't work that way.

    Be patient. Don't try to go too fast, you'll end up over-restricting and you'll quit because you can't sustain.
