I like fat. My macros are 5% carbs, 25% protein and 70% fat. Ketogenic dieting.0

No fat = no joy. Why bother living? Julia Childs says that if you don't want to cook with butter, you can substitute with cream! I don't worry about fat in my diet (nuts, nut butters, healthy oils, avocadoes), but I do use skim milk and fat free/low fat yogurts. Ice cream? Don't see the point of fat free. I eat the good stuff, but I wont eat the whole container.0

And if I have a choice, I always go for dark meat.0
