    There are a lot of opinions out there on that. I would recommend reading a book called "The 80/10/10 Diet" by Dr. Douglas Graham.

    I wouldn't. I'd recommend a balanced diet
    80/10/10 is a balanced diet. People who eat it are healthier than most. Drop all the theory you want, the results speak for themselves.

    Oh boy, he used to be a chiropractor. Chiropractors are notorious for trying to bill themselves as "nutrtion experts" even though they have no actual training.
    Results are results. He could be a nurse for all i care. People who eat fruit and vegetables high in nutrients, with a low overall fat intake, are healthier than most in the general population. Don't shoot the messenger if the message is good.

    Your body needs fats. I eat high fat and low carb and I feel pretty damn healthy.
