Has Zumba worked well for anyone? I do it on the Wii until I work up the courage to attend a class. I am in love with it!

    I love Zumba too! I want the wifit or the xbox connect so I can do it at home. I go to Saturday classes at my gym and I really enjoy it! Sometimes I feel goofy yet sexy and I am definitely winded and tired after the class. I am addicted and I feel stronger, sexier and ready to dance/salsa my way through the week!! LOL

    My wife does it 2x a week as well as body pump and spin.... She burns the most calories in zumba
    I think because she moves her hips so fast.
